The Estelline Music Department's annual K-12 Christmas Concert will be held December 6 in the HS Gym. The elementary concert for K-5 will begin at 6pm. Following the elementary concert there will be a short intermission. The Middle School and High School bands and choirs will perform following the intermission. During intermission and following the Middle School and High School concert, there will be a Bake Sale fundraiser for the Spring HS Choir Trip to Chanhassen. Music students and their parents will be notified what time their students should arrive before performing. We look forward to seeing you at the concert!
Reminder - Internet Safety Presentation for all parents presented by the DCI is tonight at 7:00 in the Estelline High School gym.
On Monday, November 21st at 7:00, the Estelline School District will be holding a special presentation for parents on Internet Safety. The presentation will be made by SD Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) Special Assistant Attorney General Toby Russell and DCI Supervisory Special Agent Darin Sinner. Veteran's Day Program will be at 9:00 on Friday, November 11th in the Estelline High School gym. Public is welcome to attend. Coffee and donuts will be provided for our Veterans and Axillary members after the service.
The concrete work at the entrance of the Estelline Arena has been completed and the Arena is available for use.
A reminder that school dismisses at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 9th for teacher in-service.
Good afternoon. Earlier today, the school's fire alarm system was set off due to a false alarm. We are working to understand why the alarm went off, but it was not due to a fire alarm being pulled. Students and staff were out of the building for approximately 20 minutes while the building was inspected to ensure a safe return.
The Estelline Arena and weight room will be shut down until further notice to replace the concrete in front of the main entrance. Please keep clear of this area until the work has been completed.
